Update on Libya

Even after air striking Qaddafi's airbases, the allies are not done yet. the Allies are now starting to strike any known locations of Qaddafi supporters. The plains are mainly targeting the many bunkers with armor, artillery, and missile launchers.
“We are interdicting and putting pressure on Qaddafi’s forces that are attacking population centers," said Rear Adm. Gerard Hueber
So far there bombardments have been successful with the armor and artillery's, but snipers still remain in their positions. Also, over these past 9 days there have been 90 casualties. The U.S hopes to  get the casualties to slow down. Finally there seems to be no sign of Qaddafi surrendering, due to his most recent appearance Tuesday night on Libyan Television.
“We will not surrender,” he told supporters. “We will defeat them by any means. We are ready for the fight, whether it will be a short or a long one. We will be victorious in the end,” he said. “This assault is by a bunch of fascists who will end up in the dustbin of history.”
