Risky Business

Obama sets back his approval on whether to Ratify a treaty of nuclear arms with moscow. this time that has been set back may cause the United States to look weak, but Obama is confident that no matter what the time gets pushed back to, but he is confident that we will get enough votes from the senate. no matter what happens Obama feels like we will still remain strong.
