The Buzz on California

California faces a new era of lagalized marajuana. Dealrs all around the stae are concerned for their buisinesses, but one business that is surprisingly going to stick around is Mexico's Pot Cartels.
That means the proposal on the state's November ballot to legalize marijuana also will do little to quell the drug gangs' violent and sophisticated organizations that generate billions of dollars a year, according to the study by the nonpartisan RAND Drug Policy Research Center.
Californians, who make up one-seventh of the U.S. marijuana market, already are farming marijuana at a much higher rate than in neighboring states and tend to buy domestic rather than smuggled marijuana, the study found.
Do to his recent study, Mexico will be almost vertually  unaffected by the change in laws. California's gangs may also be saved as well. most purchasers like to buy their products from a home grown resource, rather that one from a medical marijuana facility. Also, this new law may help rise the crime rate due to the less critical punishments for underaged smoking. the smoker must be 21 or over, but most inors dont listn to that side of the law.
