The Frog Fianlly Starts to Boil

As the world begins to industrialize, discover fossil fuels, advance in medical world, and increase in population the long term effects are beginning to reveal themselves more than ever.
"The Energy-Climate Era crept on us slowly. in someways, when it comes to climate change, human society has been like the proverbial frog in the pail on the stove, where the heat gets turned up very slightly every hour, so the frog never thinks to jump out. It just keeps adjusting until it boils o death. I hope that we will write a different ending, but let's not fool ourselves: we are the frog and the pail is getting hot, flat, and crowded, and we need a long term survival plan- a ladder out of the pail" (Pg. 48, Hot Flat, and Crowded).
Ever since the industrial era we have been polluting the air and crowding the earth very slightly. Now in the 21st century we are beginning to realize that those past mistakes are starting to take effect; we are beginning to feel that heat and now we are starting to regret not noticing our mistakes earlier. our population has increased so much that it is going to be hard to keep the world well managed, which is why we need to find a plan in order to maintain the still increasing population. But unlike the frog we have learned tat we have to jump out of the pail soon or else we will die, which means that we will have to make a plan in  order to survive the global warming and the increased population with dwindling recourses.
